FMW offers:
Fiscal Sponsorship: financial management services (bookkeeping, financial reports, and more), giving organizations to apply for grants and solicit donations prior to obtaining their own tax-exempt status.
Administrative Services: designed for small to medium-sized organizations, FMW offers services to enhance an organization’s operations, including assistance with maintaining corporate and solicitations status, Board operations, and organizational operations. FMW tailors these services to meet the unique needs of each organization with which it works
Grant Writing: providing tips and tricks to writing successful grants.

FMW’s experienced, exceptional consultants work with Boards, leadership, and staff, through workshops, team and/or group meetings, and individual meetings to offer:
Nonprofit Development: providing interactive workshops to discuss what people/groups need to think about before starting a nonprofit
Leadership Development: coaching individual and team leaders on how to improve their interactions with their Boards and staff
Team Building: increasing your organization’s operations by creating and maintaining strong teams. FMW engages with Boards and teams, using the best resources and tools available to promote strong work teams, such as Team Academy™, Kolbe Wisdom™, and Real Colors™
Board Training: focusing on the Board’s roles and responsibilities, conducting prize-winning Board meetings, distinguishing between Board and Staff roles and Boards’ obligations to enhancing organizational success
Diversity and Equity training: working with organizations to achieve a greater understanding of overt and hidden discrimination and inequity, in order to create more diverse Boards and staff and to enhance the organizational environment to promote respectful and responsible treatment of customers
